The Owner 11648 SJ-51TN Single Hook Stinger Jigging Hook is an ultra-strong single jigging hook engineered for targeting extra-large offshore predators. Compared to the SJ-41 series, the SJ-51TN offers significantly higher tensile strength, reinforced hook structure, and improved durability while maintaining excellent penetration.
Its reduced barb size (80% of standard) enhances the hooking speed and allows deeper, smoother penetration, especially on tough-jawed species. The hook’s shank is braided at a precise 6-degree angle, ensuring the assist cord remains straight and stable under load, reducing tangles and increasing hook-up efficiency.
With its robust TN anti-rust coating and heavy-gauge construction, the SJ-51TN is built for aggressive jigging techniques and capable of handling massive game species such as tuna, amberjack, GT, dogtooth, and other hard-fighting pelagics.
