Equipped with I-DC4 braking technology, the reel automatically adjusts braking during the cast by reading spool speed, helping anglers cast with more confidence in different conditions. It features four easy external brake modes for maximum distance, braided or monofilament line, fluorocarbon line, and skipping or control casting.

The HAGANE Body provides excellent rigidity and cranking power, while the S3D Spool reduces spool vibration for smoother casting and retrieving. Ideal for bass fishing, lure casting, freshwater baitcasting, and light saltwater applications, the Shimano SLX DC is a great choice for anglers who want reliable performance with advanced digital casting control.
