Description
The AFTCO Gold Fillet Knife is built in collaboration with Böker Germany for processing large gamefish with precision and control. Its 4116 German stainless-steel blade features a full-tang construction and upswept profile that maintains an effective cutting surface while filleting.
A gold TiN/PVD coating is permanently bonded to the blade for enhanced corrosion resistance and a distinctive finish. The blade undergoes a sub-zero quench process and offers a hardness rating of 56–58 HRC to support lasting sharpness and dependable edge retention.
An anatomically shaped polypropylene and TPR handle provides a secure, slip-resistant grip and comfortable control during demanding fish-processing tasks.
